The U.S. Chemical Safety Board will hold a public meeting on April 23, 2009, in Institute, West Virginia, to present preliminary findings from its investigation of the August 28, 2008, explosion at Bayer CropScience which killed two workers.
The meeting was originally scheduled for March 19, but was postponed after Bayer lawyers demanded secrecy.
