COP24 is the informal name for the 24th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. The European Union and its member states will be participating as parties to the UN climate change convention. Final rules are expected, to enable implementation of the 2015 Paris Agreement, with commitments from 190 nations to take action limiting the rise in global temperatures.
Accreditation is necessary for media to attend the COP24. Apply via the UNFCCC portal by the November 26, 2018 deadline.

- Fourteenth session of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol (CMP 14)
- Third part of the first session of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Paris Agreement (CMA 1.3)
