DEADLINE: NECIR’s Investigative Journalism Certificate Program
The New England Center for Investigative Reporting invites members of the Society of Environmental Journalists to apply for the June 6-10, 2016 Investigative Journalism Certificate Program. The week-long program is aimed at working journalists and recent graduates who are interested in further strengthening their investigative skills to improve their reporting in any topic area. $1,000 tuition plus meals. Housing available for extra cost. Apply by May 25.
The program is taught by award-winning reporters and experienced Boston University journalism professors. Participants will spend a week at The New England Center for Investigative Reporting, based at Boston University’s College of Communication and at the studios of WGBH News, learning valuable investigative reporting skills including the topics outlined below.
